These values assume a Normal run with no previous excess. 75% of money earned above your quota is added back into the base used for the next quota. Custom difficulty can also change the target.

Unlocking Floor 4 only means you've cleared Quota 9. You still need to complete Quota 10, 11, and 12.
Don't change strategy just because you're on the final floor. Quota 10 and 11 still feed into a later quota. Huge excess on Quota 11 can make Quota 12 dramatically larger.
