Why didn’t I get an ending?
Did you only unlock Floor 4?
Floor 4 is not the ending. You still need Q10, Q11 and Q12 before the final choice appears.
Did you finish Q12 with no final choice?
Check Normal vs Endless. A save created in Endless Mode cannot reach the normal ending route.
Did the final choice appear but no ending play?
Continue the final sequence fully. The Coin Flip route still has two outcomes, and you cannot pick Win or Lose directly.
Did the ending play but the achievement not unlock?
The route was correct, so this is an achievement-side check. Open the troubleshooter and check that specific achievement.
Same Coin Flip result after reloading?
A simple reload is not treated here as a verified reroll method.
