4× payout verified · 25% is a symmetry model
Gamble With Your Friends Duck Race Guide
Four ducks. One wins and pays 4×, the other three pay 0×. The payout is verified from the game data. The 25% per duck is a symmetry model, not a replay-verified live race distribution, and this page keeps the two apart.

Packaged base bet. Live table limits may differ and are runtime-overridable.
Physics / simulation dependent · Duck Race outcomes come from runtime race movement, so the game data is marked physics or simulation dependent. EstimatedValue and bet limits can still be overridden at runtime.
Betting a duck pays 4× if it wins and 0× if it loses. Which duck wins is a runtime race result, not something the payout data settles.
Updated for v1.0.30
Which duck should I pick?
No duck currently has a verified base advantage.
The four packaged duck configs are identical, so this site does not rank one duck above another. Pick a duck, place the bet, and move on. A near win or a loss on one duck does not change the others.
The one exception: YARLL!!!
If you are working on YARLL!!!, bet on YARL and only YARL. That is a challenge condition, not a sign that YARL runs faster. Outside that challenge, no verified evidence says YARL is better.
How Duck Race works
One race, four ducks, one winner. No decision changes the movement config.
- 1Choose one of four ducks and place a single bet on it.
- 2The four ducks move down the track using the packaged movement config.
- 3One duck finishes first. That duck is the winner.
- 4The winning duck returns 4× the listed multiplier. The other three return 0×.
- 5The final multiplier is the listed multiplier times EstimatedValue.
Packaged movement config
All four ducks share the same packaged movement values. That is what makes the baseline symmetric, and it is also why the site treats the race as physics or simulation dependent rather than a fixed draw.

Modeled gross at the packaged value
If each of the four ducks has the same 25% chance, the modeled gross return is 0.25 × 4× = 1.0, or about 100% at EstimatedValue = 1. That is a symmetry-model baseline, not a measured race frequency.
0.25 × 4× = 1.0 gross
Why this page does not say “exact 100% RTP”
Roulette and Baccarat close their probability from fixed geometry or a fixed table. Duck Race closes its payout but not its race distribution. The honest label is: 4× payout verified, 25% symmetry model, live race distribution not yet replay-verified.
Why 25% is modeled, not exact
Symmetry is a strong assumption. It is still an assumption.
- Verified
The winning duck pays 4×, a losing duck pays 0×, and the four packaged duck configs are identical. These are closed by the game data.
- Symmetry model
Because the configs are identical and no duck-specific advantage is verified, each duck gets a 25% baseline. 0.25 × 4× gives a modeled gross of 100% at EstimatedValue = 1.
- Not established
The exact live race distribution is not replay-verified. Identical configs prove symmetry; they do not prove that a large runtime sample lands on exactly 25.00% per duck.
Treat the 25% as a benchmark for planning, not as a number the game has confirmed. The game data itself is marked physics or simulation dependent.

My goal
No duck has a verified base advantage
Any duck is fine. There is no verified evidence that one duck wins more often. Keep the bet at a size you are comfortable losing, because a single race pays 4× or nothing.

YARLL!!! is not “win any Duck Race”
The challenge pins one duck. A win on a different duck does not finish it, even though it is still a normal Duck Race win.
Modeled attempts
If each duck really is 25%, the modeled wait for a YARL win is about 4 races. That is a symmetry-model benchmark, not a verified runtime frequency, and it is an expectation, not a cycle.

Qualifying bet ≥ 5% of current quota per race
What the Steam text leaves out
The public achievement only says “win 2 games in a row”. The challenge data adds a second condition: each qualifying race must wager at least 5% of your current quota. A small bet can win twice and still not count.
Unstoppable Quack minimum bet calculator
Enter your current quota. The calculator returns the smallest qualifying wager for one race.
- Minimum qualifying bet
- $50,000
- Current Duck Race max bet
- $500
Need a higher effective max bet
If the qualifying threshold is above the bet the table will accept, raise the effective Max Bet with a Taser before grinding the streak.
The threshold is per qualifying race, not per total. Two separate races must each clear it. Verify the live table limit before relying on the packaged maximum.
How long can Unstoppable Quack take?
Two results, one after the other. The window is not the wait.
- Single-race win
- ~25% modeled
- Two wins in one fixed pair
- ~6.25% modeled
- Modeled wait for two in a row
- ~20 races
(1 − p²) / (p² × (1 − p)) with p = 0.25 → ~20 races
6.25% is the modeled chance that one fixed pair both wins. The wait for a run of two is longer: about 20 races by the standard run formula. Both numbers are symmetry models and assume each race is independent. The runtime race distribution is not replay-verified.
Can one duck be luckier?
Not by anything this site can verify.
Switching after a loss
A loss on one duck does not make another duck “due”. The configs are identical.
Staying on one duck
Sticking with one duck is not a verified strategy either. There is no persistent duck state to build up.
A near miss
Losing a close race does not prove the duck is hotter next time. Each race is a new race.
Two-duck rotation
A community suggestion, not a verified mechanic. It does not change the baseline success probability.
YARL is special because a challenge names it, not because its race stats are better. Achievement relevance is not a statistical advantage.
Can a Bat or an object influence the race?
Keep community reports separate from verified rules.
- Verified
The race uses identical packaged duck configs, and the winning duck pays 4×. Nothing in the packaged data names a physical-object shortcut.
- Symmetry model
Each duck gets a ≈25% baseline while the configs stay identical. A verified bias would break this baseline, not confirm it.
- Community-reported
Players report placing physical objects such as a Bat on the track or multiplier area to interfere with the race, and recommend it for YARLL!!!. This site records the report but does not publish a coordinate or a guaranteed method.
- Not established
A guaranteed winning duck, a guaranteed Bat placement, and a permanent current-version exploit are all unverified. There is no packaged-data closure for any of them.
Because the race distribution itself is unresolved, an interference claim cannot be turned into an exact probability on this page. Base odds and community tips stay in separate sections on purpose.
Physical-object interaction is not a documented mechanic: Items guide
Items that directly matter
Only items with a direct mechanical link to a Duck Race challenge appear here.
| Item | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Taser | Raises the effective Max Bet, which can matter for the Unstoppable Quack quota × 5% qualifying threshold. |
| Golden Chip | If the registered-wager mechanism applies to a Duck Race bet, it can help place a large qualifying wager. |
| Gambler's Confidence | A positive-profit multiplier that affects settlement after a win. It does not change which duck wins. |
| Time Machine | Can roll back a qualifying challenge result. It does not change the race itself. |
| Bat | Community-reported physical interaction. Listed here as an evidence boundary, not as a recommended method. |

- Floor 1

- Not in pool
- Floor 3
- Not in pool
- Floor 4
- Available · 6.25%
Duck Race is in the Floor 1 and Floor 4 pools. Each row also shows the configured pool share for that floor.
Why did Duck Race disappear after Floor 1?
It is not in the standard Floor 2 or Floor 3 pool. It is not a bug. Duck Race returns on Floor 4.
That gap is also why the two Duck Race challenges sit so far apart: YARLL!!! is on Floor 1 and Unstoppable Quack is on Floor 4. If you are chasing 100% achievements, prioritize YARLL!!! the moment you see Duck Race on Floor 1, because there is no Duck Race to fall back on until Floor 4.
Save and RNG boundary
Reload and replay behavior is separate from the symmetry model. Because the race distribution is not replay-verified, this page does not present “reload until your duck wins” as a verified method.
Reload / replay behavior ≠ a verified reroll of the race.

Verified means the rule is closed by the game data. Symmetry model means it follows from identical configs plus a stated assumption. Not established means the site will not state it as a rule yet.
Duck Race troubleshooting
I can’t find Duck Race on Floor 2 or Floor 3.
Duck Race is not in the Floor 2 or Floor 3 pool. It returns on Floor 4.
I won on Duck Race but YARLL!!! did not finish.
You have to bet on YARL specifically. A win on another duck is still a normal win but does not complete the challenge.
Unstoppable Quack didn’t count my win.
Each qualifying race must wager at least 5% of your current quota. A smaller bet can win and still not register.
I won twice but not in a row.
Unstoppable Quack needs consecutive wins. A loss resets the run.
My payout didn’t match 4×.
The final multiplier is the listed multiplier times EstimatedValue. Check the current EstimatedValue and your active modifiers.
The page won’t say each duck is exactly 25%.
The 25% is a symmetry model. The live race distribution has not been replay-verified, so the page keeps it a model.
Does reloading change which duck wins?
Save and RNG behavior is separate from the symmetry model. This page does not treat a reload as a verified reroll.
Does placing a Bat guarantee a YARL win?
No. Physical-object interference is community-reported and not verified. There is no guaranteed setup in the game data.
Duck Race questions
- How does Duck Race work in Gamble With Your Friends?
- You bet on one of four ducks. The ducks race, one wins, and a winning bet pays 4× while the other three ducks pay 0×.
- How many ducks are in Duck Race?
- Four.
- What does a winning duck pay?
- 4× the listed multiplier, then multiplied by EstimatedValue.
- What are the Duck Race odds?
- The payout side is verified: 4× for the winner, 0× for the rest. The per-duck chance is a symmetry model at about 25% each, because the four packaged configs are identical. The exact live recovery distribution is not replay-verified.
- Does every duck have a 25% chance?
- About 25% is the symmetry baseline. It is a model, not a replay-verified live figure, so the page does not state it as exact.
- Which duck is best?
- None is verified as best. No duck has a verified long-term edge.
- Is YARL the best duck?
- No verified evidence says that. YARL is special only because YARLL!!! names it.
- Which duck do I need for YARLL!!!?
- YARL. You must bet on YARL and that bet must win, on Floor 1.
- How do I complete YARLL!!!?
- Accept YARLL!!!, go to Floor 1, find Duck Race, bet on YARL, and win that race. The reward is 6 Tickets.
- Do I need to accept the Daily Challenge first?
- Yes. The challenge has to be active for the race to count.
- How many attempts does YARLL!!! usually take?
- At a modeled 25% per duck, the expectation is about 4 races. That is a symmetry benchmark, not a guaranteed cycle.
- What is Unstoppable Quack?
- A Floor 4 Duck Race challenge: win two races in a row, with each qualifying race wagering at least 5% of your current quota. Reward: 19 Tickets.
- How do I complete Unstoppable Quack?
- On Floor 4, win two consecutive Duck Race races while meeting the quota × 5% minimum bet on each.
- Do I need to win with the same duck twice?
- No. The challenge does not name a duck. Any duck win counts.
- How much do I need to bet for Unstoppable Quack?
- At least 5% of your current quota on each qualifying race.
- What is 5% of my current quota?
- Divide your quota by 20. A $1,000,000 quota needs a $50,000 qualifying bet per race.
- What are the odds of winning twice in a row?
- About 6.25% for one fixed pair at a modeled 25% per race. That is a symmetry model.
- How long can two consecutive wins take?
- The modeled wait for a run of two is about 20 races, not 16. 16 is only the inverse of one fixed pair both winning.
- Does switching ducks help?
- No verified evidence supports it.
- Does sticking with one duck help?
- No verified evidence supports it either.
- Does a near win mean the duck is more likely next time?
- No. There is no persistent duck state, so a near miss does not change the next race.
- Can you use a Bat in Duck Race?
- Players report using physical objects such as a Bat to interfere with the race. It is community-reported, not verified.
- Can you block or influence the ducks?
- No verified method is established. Interference claims cannot be turned into an exact probability while the race distribution is unresolved.
- Is there a guaranteed YARL exploit?
- No. No guaranteed setup appears in the game data.
- Does Gambler's Confidence improve Duck Race odds?
- No. It is a positive-profit multiplier. It changes settlement after a win, not which duck wins.
- Does Taser help Unstoppable Quack?
- It can. A higher effective Max Bet makes the quota × 5% qualifying bet easier to place.
- Does Golden Chip count toward the qualifying bet?
- Only if the registered-wager mechanism applies to that Duck Race bet. Verify it rather than assuming.
- What Floors have Duck Race?
- Floor 1 and Floor 4.
- Why did Duck Race disappear on Floor 2?
- It is not in the standard Floor 2 pool.
- Is Duck Race on Floor 3?
- No. It is not in the Floor 3 pool.
- When does Duck Race return?
- On Floor 4.
- Can I save scum Duck Race?
- Reload behavior is separate from the symmetry model. This page does not treat a reload as a verified reroll.
